If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not purchase services, products or access The Flourishing Mystic services or otherwise indicate refusal, make no further use of the service. Refunds

Digital Media and Video Content.

By viewing ANY content created by The Flourishing Mystic on this website www.theflourishingmystic.com, and on any other website or platform, including but not limited to YouTube or Instagram, by making a payment and/or a booking a tarot reading with The Flourishing Mystic and it’s content creator, and/or by purchasing an Extended Tarot Reading Video or Program, you confirm that you have read AND agree to the Terms and Conditions detailed below:

You are 18 years of age or older and/or a Legal Adult.

Absolute accuracy is not guaranteed in a personal tarot reading or extended tarot reading. If a reading does not resonate, the no refund policy still applies. Any information, communication, video content, consultations and sessions with The Flourishing Mystic (and/or it’s content creator) or anything on the www.theflourishingmystic.com, website YouTube Channel “The Flourishing Mystic”, and/or Instagram @theflourishingmystic are for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes only.

No session, digital purchase, or personalized tarot reading given by The Flourishing Mystic (and/or it’s content creator) is intended to, nor should it take the place of professional services such as, but not limited to, medical, financial, business, legal and/or psychological services. If you require assistance in any of the above matters it is advised to consult a licensed professional provider. 

The Flourishing Mystic (and/or it’s content creator) accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions that a client decides to make based upon a session with Flourishing Mystic or information gained via www.theflourishingmystic.com, or via “The Flourishing Mystic” on YouTube or “@theflourishingmystic on Instagram.

You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless The Flourishing Mystic and the content creator, and www.theflourishingmystic.com, as well as the Youtube channel “The Flourishing Mystic” and any other related sites using the name The Flourishing Mystic or the name of the content creator including, her heirs, relatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.

The opinions and values of guests, associate readers and hosts on www.theflourishingmystic.com, website or on the Youtube channels “The Flourishing Mystic” and any other Youtube channel that the content creator makes a guest appearance on are not necessarily shared by Flourishing Mystic. Any remark, action or intention made by a host or guest, etc. on any of these channels as well as any Youtube Channel, blog or live speaking appearance where content creator may appear, be it virtually or physically, is not the responsibility of Flourishing Mystic (and/or it’s content creator) and they will not be held liable for any claims made against her for the opinions, values, actions or insinuations of these other entities.

Copyright and confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not share, distribute, publish, display, or archive any material, content, photos, videos, etc. without expressing written permission from The Flourishing Mystic and the content creator who owns and publishes the site and any content/media/blog posts written or shared by The Flourishing Mystic.

Purchase and Booking Agreement 

The “User”, “Viewer”, “Client”, and/or “Purchaser” of any digital or physical content on www.theflourishingmystic.com, agrees that they are responsible for their own life choices and decisions. 

Before your “private”, “personal”, and/or “personalized” tarot reading can be scheduled, you agree to fill out the “Online Booking Form” found on the Book a Reading page of this website. You will not be able to receive your tarot reading without having completed this form. You must also provide the correct email address you want to receive your reading on. Please ensure to check your junk mail for any correspondence from The Flourishing Mystic including your booking date and reading. 

Payment is required at the time of booking. The Flourishing Mystic does not provide refunds under any circumstances.The “User”, “Viewer”, “Client”, and/or “Purchaser” agrees to The Flourishing Mystic refund policy.

The Flourishing Mystic reserves the right to cancel and refund a purchase of a tarot reading or video purchase on www.theflourishingmystic.com, due to any circumstance without notice.

The Flourishing Mystic Inc. reserves the right to delete any reading and/or digital download purchased through www.theflourishingmystic.com,at any time without prior notice to the purchaser. 

The Flourishing Mystic Inc. reserves the right to reschedule a tarot reading due to any unexpected or unforeseen circumstances. The Flourishing Mystic Inc. will reach out to you with your new booking date.

The Flourishing Mystic Inc. does not solicit anyone for readings, donations or money. Please use your discernment and always book a reading with The Flourishing Mystic on this website. A donation link is provided only on www.theflourishingmystic.com, for those who would like to send a donation.
